360s Section
The 360s Section contains administrative functions that allow you to configure several sections of the 360 assessment process, and to manage and launch 360 assessments individually or in bulk.

The 360s Administration screen lists all active 360 assessments, by employee. Administrators and HRBP users with proper permissions use the 360s Administration screen to manage 360 assessments and to launch 360s one at a time, or in bulk, similar to Appraisal Administration. HRBP users see only those employees to which they are associated. - 360 Assessment Screen
Administrators access 360 assessments on the 360s Administration Screen. Managers access 360 assessments on the My Employees Screen. Managers use the 360 Assessment Screen to review the selected participants and move the 360 from the planning phase through the remaining phases. - Hide 360 Comments
When allowing managers the ability to review peer feedback and present a single narrative to the employee is necessary, administrators can configure 360 comments to be visible to Managers and hidden from Employees. - Bulk 360s Actions Screen
Administrators can bulk launch 360 assessments on the Bulk 360 Actions screen, accessible from 360s Administration. - 360 Workflows
360 assessments are typically used by a manager or HRBP partner to rate the performance ofdirect reports. They are also useful to gather feedback on performance from external collaborators, such as vendors and clients. Workflow templates are used by administrators to configure the parts of a 360 assessment, such as who will be assessed, who will participate in the assessment, and what skills and competencies will be included in the appraisal.
